Recent Development in Supply Chain Management of Korean Companies

Facing the competitive global business environments, more Korean manufacturers and distributors are focusing on the improvement of their logistics activities from the supply chain context. The trends of logistics and supply chain performance of Korean companies are reviewed. Strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of Korean industry for successful supply chain integration are evaluated. Some case studies of leading Korean companies for designing and managing their supply chains are presented.
