Surface Effect in Kinetic Lattice Monte Carlo without System Constraints

초록

In this paer, we investigation the surface effect on the evolution of number of defects in surch a rather simple case as dilute concentrations of interstitial and vacancy so that formation of clusters and extended defects so that the formation of cluster and extended defects can be minimized. We compare simulation results form the surface boundary condition as a perfect sink with the ones from reflecting surface.
