A Study on the Dielectric Permittivity of 70/30 and 80/20 mol % Ferroelectric P(VDF/TrFE) Copolymer films

Dielectric properties of 70/30 and 80/20 mol% P(VDF/TrFE) copolymer films prepared by vapor deposition methode were investigated as a function of tenperature. The temperature dependencewas measured in temperature range from 30oC to 180oC at fixed frequency of 1kHz. A phase transition point in which a phase transition from ferroelectric to paraelectric phase occurs was increased from 120oC to 135oC in driginal power type ssamplea and increased from 104.6 oC 124.5o c in films prepared by using vapor deposition method ratio from 70% to 80% respectively. The phase transition point in films prepared by vapor deposition method was observed at slightly lower temperature than those in the original power type sample
