초록
Recently a combined process of hot metal pre-treatment and converter of decarburization has become one of the important refining techniques in steelmaking process. As the advanced dephosphorization technology in hot metal pretreatment concentration of silicon was very lowered in hot metal. This study were investigated the equilibrium reaction between MgO saturated CaO-MgOsat-FetO-SiO2(≦5mass%)-ΣMxOy (= MnO, Al2O3, P2O5, TiO2) slags and molten iron according to SiO2 contents under 5mass% in the temperature range of 1550 to 1700℃. Also, according to slag composition and temperature, solubility of MgO and reaction equilibrium of slag with molten iron were discussed using results.
