빅데이터 분석을 통한 메타버스 관련 이슈 탐색 및 기업 활용에 대한 연구

초록

Recently, most companies have applied the metaverse to various areas, and people are not unfamiliar with the use of the metaverse in their daily lives. Providing realistic experiences using a virtual world called the metaverse is attracting attention as new economic opportunities, new cultural changes, and social issues. In this paper, news big data was collected and analyzed to explore the recent issues of the metaverse, which has a growing potential for growth in various fields. As a result of text mining analysis, major topics were extracted such as corporate metaverse technology-related businesses, metaverse use in education and research, artificial intelligence-related investment, and metaverse experiences in games or exhibitions and cultural fields. In order to obtain in-depth insights on related issues, in-depth interview was conducted with company that is actively using the metaverse. Accordingly, by systematically analyzing the strategies, performance, tasks, and future prospects of that company, the direction for the successful use of the metaverse was presented.
