변형율 경계법을 이용한 선체 만곡 부 외판의 열 변형 예측에 대한 연구
초록
111e purpose of tl1is smdy is to quickly and acrnmtely predict and verify /lie defonned shape of the curved plate located before and after the surface of the hull curved part manufactured VIJ Jlanie bending. The three-dimensional tl1em冠lasto-plastic analysis takes a long ti,ne. ln order to overcome this disadvantage, this sh.tdiJ used the strain as direct boundanJ (SOB) 1riethod based on tf1ennal defo-nnation rather than the three-di111ensio11al finite eleinent a11alysis using solid elen覇ts. In the case of flame bending under high tempemture heat, phase transfonnation occurs. The volume change during the phase transfonnation due to the 函lung process after heating affects the residual strain. Therefore, in thin study, tf1e acmraaJ of defommtion prediction was improved by reflecting the pliase fraction and wlwrie expa11Sion at each ternperature to the deformation rate of material. Heat Affected illne (HAZ) can be obtained by thermal analysis, and virtual temperature replacing heat input value is assumed to be HAZ size and s/1ape. In this study, the specimen ,uas etched through the experinient and analyzed using the inforniahon obtained from the HAZ shape.
