초록
Selenomethionine having the ability to protect against hydroperoxide is distributed randomly in the methionine residues of protein. To obtain the selenomethionine-containing protein, baker's yeast was cultured with Na2SeO3. Selenium compounds in yeast protein were extracted and analyzed by size exclusion chromatography.
