초록

Phylogenetic relationships among the Korean species of Lathyrus were estimated using sequence data from the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA. The clade containg Lathyrus comprises the species from the related genera of Lens and Vicia in the tribe Vicieae, but L. komarovii is included in the clade of Vicia. All of Korean species of Lathyrus have been classified into section Orobus, but the molecular data suggest that section Orobus is not monophyletic. L. palustris var. pilosus is not clearly separated from L. quinquenervius in external mophology, ITS sequence data consistent with the morphological evidences. The separation of L. japonicus var. aleuticus from var. japonicus is not supported by the molecular data.
