투석중 저혈압환자에서 투석 첫 2시간동안의 수축기혈압 감소정도와 투석중 저혈압과의 관계

초록

Intradialytic hypotension(IDH) is most frequent complication of hemodialysis(HD). However, its development is unpredictable. We investigated whether the degree of systolic blood pressure(SBP) reduction during first 2 hours predict IDH in hypotension-prone HD patients. Our study included 5 IDH patients. About 1.5 years of HD records were reviewed and divided into IDH and non-IDH sessions. In conclusion degre of SBP reduction for first 2hours of HD appears roughly to predict IDH.
