Recent Advances and Prospects in Micro/Nanomaterials for O-PCB and VLSI Photonic Applications

The paper gives an overview on the cutting-edge research on the science and engineering of micro/nanomaterials, metamaterials and plasmonic materials that is being pursued at the OPERA National Research Center for VLSI Photonics in Korea. It discusses the theory, design, fabrication, and integration of micro/nanophotonic materials and the devices thereof for VLAI photonic cirsuit of a generic and applicatin-specific mature.
