A rare case of severe hemophilia B in female twins: Diagnostics and Genetic Insights

Very few cases of female hemophilia B (HB) have been reported in the literature. Fewer than 1% of all HB cases occur in females. F9 gene analysis by Sanger sequencing and whole-genome NGS revealed a identical nonsense mutation in the twin patients.
