적분구를 이용하는 LED의 전광선속 측정 과정에 대한 시뮬레이터 개발

초록

In order to find the optimal condition of measuring the total luminous flux of LED with an integrating sphere reliably, ray-tracing based simulator has been developed for silmulating the measurement process. The accuracy of the simulator was confirmed by comparison with the theoretical results, and the dependence of measuring conditions on the total luminous flux was analyzed.
