초록

We present here the surface coating effect on the HL-1 cardiac cell propagation regarding their growth rate, physiology, and beating phenomena. It can reveal the cell-surface interaction, which is not completely explored. Earlier it was reported that how HL-1 cell maintain the ability to contract and retain differentiated cardiac morphological, biochemical, and electrophysiological properties after serially passaged. Our aim is to show growth and behavior of HL-1 cell, and also how they express their contractility. Furthermore we fabricated a micro fluidic device for cell culture therefore we will also develop the cell fiber and compare with simple cell culture system.
