To identify the effects and action mechanisms of an herbal formula (KH204, Chunbo-204 ？) on the erectile function via the nitric oxide (NO)-cGMP pathways. KH204: - a herbal formula commercialized as a health food in Korea - a mixture extracted from the seeds of 5 herbal plants with special ratio - a mixture ameliorating the functions of peripheral blood circulation and nervous system by ‘Yin & Yang’ mechanism - tablet forms manufactured by freezing dry method - passed by the US FDA safety test
