DESIGN OF EFFICIENT, OUTER-ROTOR AXIAL FAN
초록
To design high-efficient axial blades matching with motor torque-speed characteristics, the meanline approach based on the predictions of incidence and deviation angles from 2-D cascade analysis is employed in this study. Eight models of fan diameter ranging from 350mm to 700mm were designed and tested to verify the required performances. All the efforts focus on the optimal design of fans matching with motor torques at specified operating conditions. This research reports the key design parameters of solidity, camber and stagger angles and etc. in a specific range of specific speeds.
