A Phonological Study on the Chinese Loan Words in the Chinese-Korean’s Language: Focusing on the Borrowing Pattern of Consonants

Ethnic Koreans living in China study Chinese as a second language to participate in social life. As a result, Chinese phonetic loan words appeared in the Chinese-Korean language. The purpose of this paper is to study phonologically about these loan words. This paper collected phonetic data by conducting a language survey at the research area. The collected phonetic data was transcribed by the IPA, Analyzing the transcribed phonetic symbols of the loan words and examine the phoneme and the phonological phenomena. The phoneme and the phonological phenomena of loan words follow the phonological rule of Chinese-Korean language.
