A Case report of clear cell carcinoma of the endocervix with endometrioid adenocarcinoma at the endometrium simultaneously

The proportion of cervical cancers that are adenocarcinoma has increased at many medical centers, and this histopathologic type now constitutes 10 to 20 percent of all cervical cancers in some series. Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix is a rare disease accounting for only 4% of all adenocarcinomas of the cervix.At the immunohistochemical staining, there were positive CEA, Estrogen receptors, Progesterone receptors, and p53. As the clear cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix was very rare disease and, in this case, another primary endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium occurred simultaneously, we reported this case with a brief review of the literature.
