방향성 결합기의 결합길이와 소멸비 특성

2001년도 한국전기전자재료학회 춘계학술대회논문집, 디스플레이 광소자분야, (2001. 4. 21). *** 서울 광운대학교 We analyzed the coupling length and the extinction ratio of a directional coupler as a function of waveguide width and the center to center distance. Characteristics of the coupling length and the extinction ratio are shown as a condition with minimum, maximum coupling length, and maximum extinction ratio, respectively, as a function of the waveguide width. Generally, the coupling length and the extinction ratio are changed rapidly as a function of the waveguide width, but these conditions are not changed.
