초록
In this letter, a stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS) suppression method, based on the cross-phase modulation(XPM) effect induced by an optical supervisory (SV) channel, is newly proposed for WDM links. We have experimentally demonstrated that the proposed method can reduce the error floors in WDM links.
