비선형 선수파를 고려한 거위목 벌브의 최적설계에 관한 기초연구

초록

Recently, goose neck bulb is mainly applied for some high speed vessels like passenger ships and container ships. However, existing research papers about the goose neck bulb are not enough to design the bow shape of hull form. Therefore, this paper concerns the development of optimization method for the design of goose neck bulb considering nonlinear bow waves. Regression analysis and SQP (sequential quadratic programming) technique are used for the algorithm of optimization. Also, resistance performances are evaluated by a numerical simulation method adopted nonlinear free surface conditions. The resistance performance of designed hull is evaluated by comparing with that of original hull.
