New records of polychaetous annelids from Korea

Polychaetous worms were sampled seasonally from July 1993 to October 1996 in Ulwang and Tokkyo macrotidal flats of Yongyu-do, Incheon, Korea. A total of 81 polychaete species representing 58 genera and 34 families was collected during this period. Out of these, 31 species in 24 genera of 8 families are recorded for the first time in Korean waters. The following 5 species in 4 genera of 4 families are described and illustrated in details in this study.
