초록

Total hip arthroplasty using posterior minimal incision approach. the posterior minimal incision technique was performed in the primary total hip arthroplasty patients. The curvilinear skin incision was made along the posterior margin of greater trochanter with a length of 8 to 10cm. We retrospectively compared early clinical results with minimaql incision group(20 hips) and conventional posterior approach group(20 hips). The lengthof hospitalization was shortened in minimal incision group. There were no significant difference in the operative time and perioperative blood loss. There was no early complications such as dislocation, malposition of implant and wound problem.
