NSOM을 이용한 CdSe/ZnS quantum dot이 혼합된 PMMA nanofiber의 관찰

초록

In this paper, a CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-incorporated PMMA nanofiber is observed with a collection-mode near-field scanning optical microscopy having an exceptionally high Q value. Its topography, the light emission from quantum dots, and the propagation of light are measured and analyzed.
