Management strategies for duodenal perforations after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

In the decision making of when and how to manage the duodenal perforation after ERCP, the residence of unsolved problems for which the ERCP was performed, delayed time interval and the leakage of intraluminal contents should be considered along with the type of the perforation.
