It can be argued that since the state of disequilibrium within the universe represented by Nakseo cannot indefinitely sustain its dynamic of expansion, harmonious international relationships eventually come to pervade the world; this argument represents a unique application of the concept of Yin and Yang logic to international arms control. This cyclical dynamic can explain the long-term process of an arms buildup followed eventually by nuclear arms control. One can boldly claim that Hin and Yang logic offers a clue to creating a theory of structural peace in the contemporary world. The ancient matrixes of Asia thus provide humanity with a new vision for nulcear disarmament and a sustainable peace.
