Development of a Flight Recorder Using CompactFlash Memory

For UAV the flight data recorder is essential for storing data from various sensors. In an early experimental stage, the mission of CFM is simply storing the data which come from sensors in each module, checking the data after landing, grasping the characteristics of a target aricraft from the data we obtained and finally using it for modelling. In final stage of development CFM module will be used for bus monitoring. To make it possible, the interface 8051 microprocessor with CFM card is more than anything else indispensable and further more by determining the data storage format, it is possible to interface a ground station computer.
