Sentence Generation by Symbols for People with Language Disorder

In this paper, we developed the assistive communication system that generated the desired well-formed sentence in Korean language by symbols for people with communication disorder(i.e., speech-language and writing impaired severly) . The system should place a minimal burden on the user. Input to our system is the uninflected content words of sentence the user wishes to convey. In this system, it is important to find a verb, but we can easily find in the korean language. In order to generate the well-formed sentence, it employs adequate affix according to verbs for each input words are generated into well-formed sentence and represented by voice naturally as like talking.
