Subsequent hip fracture in Inchon and Bucheon area of Korea (cohort)

초록

All hip fracture patients treated at 5 instructional hospitals in the Bucheon and Inchon regions were reviewed. Subsequent hip fractures(SHFs) were found in 202 patients (7.4%) Female gender, a BMI under 22kg/m2, and being unmarried were revealed as risk factors for SHFs by a multivariate analysis.
