의약품 콜드체인 물류서비스 품질에 근거한 물류서비스 협력사 결정요인 분석: AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 적용

초록

In particular, cold chain service of bio-pharmaceutical product is a very critical issue in logistics service chain. Efficient and accurate activities of cold chain logistics service can positively effect the economic section growth and increase of production in pharmaceutical industry. The aim of this study is to propose a multi-criteria decision model by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics service key factors priority. This evaluation model is a tool which can provide decision makers with various information after being measured. In this paper, the affecting criteria in both supplier and service provider were selected and investigated after literature review and verified by expert’s viewpoint. Standard questionnaires were designed and distributed to among supplier and service provider’s experts and managers to select priority of each item. The data was extracted from questionnaires in survey and the variables were weighted using AHP. Based on the study and advice from experts’s view points, Logistics company management ability, operation process and infrastructure capacity have gained the most important main factors we need to measure. In total ranking of this study, ability to respond to changes in pharmaceutical logistics service is placed at the first rank and risk management and logistics service market evaluation are ranked as the second and third respectively for suppliers. From the perspective of a cold chain logistics service providers, professional team response is placed at the first and ability to respond to changes in pharmaceutical logistics service and risk management are ranked as the second and third respectively. The result of this study that supplier and service provider have different view of importance main factor to evaluate strength and efficient activities for in today’s competitive environment, managers need to observe both supplier and service provider performance in order to succeed.
