In the women at less than 20 weeks of gestaion, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.06 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.28 MoM, and nuchal translucency was 1.13 MoM. And in the women without at more than 20 weeks of gestaion, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.24 MoM, and nuchal translucency was 1.38 MoM. In the women with the spontaneous abortion in the past medical history, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.42 MoM, AND nuchal translucency was 1.36 MoM. And in the women without the spontaneous abortion in the past medical history, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.42 MoM and nuchal translucency was 1.36 MoM.
