초록
Pregnancy associated plasma protein-a, free β-hCG, nuchal translucency, and risk of spontaneous abortion Results: The mean gestational age at screening of 487 women meeting study criteria was 83.2 days. And loss rate was 2.31% at less than 20 weeks. In the women at less than 20 weeks of gestaion, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.06 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.28 MoM, and nuchal translucency was 1.13 MoM. And in the women without at more than 20 weeks of gestaion, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.24 MoM, and nuchal translucency was 1.38 MoM. In the women with the spontaneous abortion in the past medical history, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.42 MoM, AND nuchal translucency was 1.36 MoM. And in the women without the spontaneous abortion in the past medical history, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.42 MoM and nuchal translucency was 1.36 MoM. And in the women without the spontaneous abortion in the past medical history, pregnancy associated plasma protein A was 1.20 MoM, free β-hCG was 1.23 MoM, and nuchal translucency was 1.38 MoM Conclusion: The first trimester maternal serum analytes and nuchal translucency measurements were not associated with spontaneous abortion And the first trimester maternal serum analytes and nuchal translucency measurements were not associated with spontaneous abortion in the past medical history.
