Optical polymer micro/nano-wires for O-PCB and VLSI photonic circuit applications

This paper reports on the use of micro/nano-optical wires for applications in the optical printed circuit board (O-PCB) and VLSI photonic integrated circuits. It discusses on the design and fabrication of polymer wires and the photonic circuits, including the issues regarding their interconnection for O-PCB and VLSI photonics applications.
