초록
We studies the experimental and mathematical investigation about warp knit fabric overall properties as a functions of its structure. In this investigation, we approached to finding structure parameters affecting on overall roperties of warp knit fabrics, as the relationship is never achieved until the structure parameter is defined. But the complex structures of warp knit fabric had made it be in a tangle. To solve this problem, we classified the complex structures into groups for their mechanical properties using cluster analysis. The resulting classified groups were suggested to present differentied characteristics between groups. From analyzing the structures within and between the groups, we could extract the parameters of structure affecting on the characteristics of warp knit fabrics. In this paper, we provide the formalized factors were run-in ratio, pillar lapping movement, direction of mutual guide bar movement and lap form.
