금 나노 막대의 합성과 세포의 생체분자 이미징

초록

For molecular imaging of epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFRs) on A431 cancer cell, gold nanorods were synthesized with seed-mediated growth method and then were bound with anti-EGFR antibodies for using them as optical dyes. After pouring antibody conjugated gold nanorods solution to A431 cell, the distribution of EGFR were measured with laser scanning confocal microscopy.
