초록
The demand of higher rate public safety service requires a large amount of spectrum allocation. In emergency situation, a reliable and rapid communication is required, therefore the availability of the communication network has to be ensured. Since the spectrum is a scarce commodity, in this paper we explore the possibility of spectrum sharing between the Public Safety Data Service LTE with the Public Safety Voice Service with Super Position Coding technique. We present the adjustment required by the Public Safety Voice Device for its signal detection, as well the signal detection by the Public Safety Data Device. We evaluate the performances in terms of bit error rate (BER) in AWGN channel.
