누전차단기의 충격파부동작 특성의 분석

초록

Protection against indirect contact according to KS C IEC 60364-4-44 shall remain effective in the protected installation even in case of failures of surge protective devices. i.e., residual current operated circuit breakers(RCDs) shall not operate against surge voltages and currents. This paper presents a surge of un-tripping characteristics of RCDs against impulse voltages and currents according to KS C 4613 and KS C IEC 61009-1. As a consequence, it was found that most of domestic RCDs employed in this test are failed.
