압전작동기를 이용한 3축 능동마운트 시스템의 설계

초록

This work proposes a new type of 3-axis active mount fabricated by the piezostack actuators. The active force and moment is evaluated at each axis and experimentally verified. In addition, the proposed active mount is applied for vibration control of the single-degree-of freedom system.
