Proliferative activity and phenotype stability of rabbit articular chondrocytes on human amniotic membranes
초록
The aim of this study was to study proliminarily the effects of HAM on proliferation and phenotypic stability of articular chondrocytes in vitro, and evaluated the potential application for HAM in articular cartilage repair. Our results show that denuded HAM was able to support both growth and phenotypic stability during the culture of chondrocytes on the stroma side of HAM. These findings demonstrated the feasibility of HAM for articular cartilage repair as chondoryctes delivery vehicle.
