An Efficient Conflict Detection Method for Maintaining Consistency of Mobile Database System

In mobile database system, a voluntary or involuntary disconnection has happened frequently. This problem causes inconsistency. This paper has proposed a conflict detection method for maintaining consistency. The proposed method uses the histories of transactions consisted of the information of operations and the valid time of transactions processed in off-line. Compared with other methods, the transaction time resembles others and conflict detection time is decreased about 17%
