The effect of a few genetic polymorphism on childhood asthma

초록

Conclusion: The risk of asthma can be increased with exposure to PAHs and genetic polymorphism related to the metabolism of them. The interactive effects in this study shows modification of genetic polymorphism on the relationship between environmental pollutants and asthma. The interaction suggests highly that environmental toxic materials and genetic factors should be considered in the course of asthma.
