Analysis of limiting characteristics by width variation in wavelength demultiplexer based on QS-MMI

초록

Using ?Quasi-State?design formed by four-mode interference, wavelength demultiplexer for 1.3 and 1.5 ?, designed to be about 1/5 of ordinary device length, is analyzed to have good error tolerance of width variation as well as good extinction ratio of 24 dB for both operating wavelengths.
