광 특성이 향상된 LED 봉지 구조 설계

초록

In this paper, we propose optical enhancement of encapsulant for LED packaging. As a way to produce white LED, phosphor conversion method is used most often. Through surface treatment on reflector surface, we can control contact angle of encapsulant. Encapsulant shape depend on contact angle. Accordingly, we improve optical efficiency and obtain uniform CCT distribution.
