성능지표 기반의 Split Magnetic Core 제조기술

초록

This paper defined five parameters that make enable to figure out performance indices of each processing step of the split magnetic core manufacturing. The most importance factors of split magnetic core to keep proper performance are flatness of cutting edge and minimum core volume loss ratio due to core splitting process. Based on the defined parameter, proper cutting method and surface polishing method should be selected for minimum volume loss rate and maintaining proper flatness of cutting edges. These five parameter concept can be applied to other type of core in addition to ring core.
