초록
Gantry cranes are a representative equipment for loading and unloading loads. Typical gantry crane is made of a full frame body, which causes problems such as heavy weight and low space efficiency. The typical gantry crane requires the foundation of the rail. These conditions reduce mobility. In order to be used in various work environments, it is necessary to improve these disadvantages. For this reason, the hydraulic gantry crane legs are designed with hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders have the advantage of being able to lift large weights even in small sizes, so that the weight, space and design process can be minimized. However, the newly designed hydraulic gantry crane requires safety verification. To confirm stability, performed mathematical analysis and simulations of buckling and rollover angles. In this process, the boundary condition is set as the maximum weight condition. (Where the workpiece is deflected as far as possible in one direction). As a result, the load applied to each leg is different, so the cylinder rise velocity is different. For this reason, tilt of the gantry crane occurs and rollover can be occur. Mathematical analysis and simulation of the verification model confirmed that there was no problem with stability. This verification model can be used to design high-weight, high energy-efficient hydraulic gantry cranes in the future.
