Conventional multifocal displays deliver effective monocular focus cues but lack sufficient motion parallax, while multi-view displays offer motion parallax with no monocular focus cues. To overcome these limitations, we propose a system that leverages the benefit of viewpoint generation and the focus-tunable lens (FTL) to support both motion parallax and accommodation cues in one system. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed setup successfully delivers full-resolution images with support for both depth cues, providing a more realistic visual experience. A compact design, with experimental results demonstrating its effectiveness, is also introduced to further enhance the system's compactness.
