The aim of this review is to familiarize the reader with critical facial nerve anatomy relating to facial rejuvenation surgeries. 1. The temporal branch to the upper orbicularis oculi muscle: The temporal branch was under the temporoparietal fascia above the zygomatic arch and divided into two to four branches. The highest level of the those twigs that entered the OOM on the X-axis and Y-axis with the origin of the lateral canthus is +2.51±0.23cm, +2.70±0.35cm, and the lowest is 0cm, +2.68±0.32cm, respectively.
