The meaning and implications of communication theory for understanding school organization about the pedagogical responsibility in social and political debate

초록

The meaning of communication about pedagogical responsibility in social and political debate is the process of delivery and feedback of messages through media and communication channel between senders and receivers. Also, communication is the intended process for participants to share information, meaning and feeling which they need to get. And it can be categorized into two types: the relational type which show the characters between senders and receivers, and the contents type which show the meaning of a message. So it is more than one dimension, and has the characteristic that can never be restored after it is done. In school organization, communication exchanges for information or messages about pedagogical responsibility issues. And communication can reach or affect each other's behavior and learn how to bring mutual understanding. Sender's knowledges and skills on communication is the prerequisite for smooth communication. We can create a bond of sympathy with the receiver by setting the goal of communication cleary and by using the definite and appropriate words. For this, we should think on the perspective of the receiver and let empathetic communication relieve the distortion caused by the criteria difference between the sender and the receiver. The choice of communication media is determined by the contents, the richness, and the delivery speed of the message. It is possible to share information by using a computer system with the development of information and communication technology. When the interdependence of members of the group is low, when task is done sequentially, and when an individual can contribute to group performance, we can effectively brainstorm through computers. The implication of communication theory is that we should take pedagogical responsibility, which is now controversial social issues, and accept it through the study on the communication methods in school organization.
