Novel fabrication of various size ZnO nanorods using hydrothermal method

초록

We have synthesized ZnO nanorods and microrods on patterned ZnO seed layer which size determined by lift-off process. This technique simple and low cost to obtain nanorods and microrods as occation demands in part of optical and electrical applications. And this technique use lift off process and hydrothermal method, so it can apply to mass production and large area production to step up nano generation technologies.
