압전작동기로 구동되는 공압밸브의 H-infinity 압력제어

초록

This paper proposes a new type of piezoactuator-driven valve system. After establishing the dynamic model, a robust H-infinty controller is designed in order to achive tracking control for desired pressure trajectory. The controller is empirically is realized and control performance is evaulated in the time domain.
