눈썰매 사고로 생긴 눈확골절 1례

초록

This report present as case of orbital fracture in which a blunt trauma to cheek due to a sled accident. A 8-year-old god suffered from painful swelling and nostching of her infraorbital area after being hit her cheek by the head of another boy during desent. On radiological examination, orbital fracture was veified. The displaced orbital rim was reduced, and fixed with miniplate and screws. The orbital tissue was reduced and orbital floor was reconstructed with Medpor. It is recommenced that in sled accident involving the face, facial bone fracture espacially orbital fracture should be suspected.
