Aminolysis of Aryl Phenyl Chlorothiophosphates with Anilines in Acetonitrile

Kinetic studies on the aminolysis of aryl phenyl chlorothiophosphates were carried out at 55 degree. The substrates were synthesized by a two-step process from thiophosphoryl chloride and phenol in the presence of triethylamine in methylene chloride on an ice bath.
